Instruction for Camera-Ready submission
(for accepted papers ONLY)
Once you have received your acceptance notification, there are necessary steps you have to complete to prepare your final submission for publication. Please contact the organizers if you have any questions.
The instructions below will help you in formatting the camera-ready version of your paper. Please, read all of them carefully before submitting it.
Prepare your revised final manuscript
- Please address reviewers comments and revise your paper accordingly before submitting the final camera-ready version.
- Please make sure that all Figures and Tables are of high quality and their content is easily
- Please don’t use author titles (Dr., , Ing., etc.) in front of names and avoid using positions such as Professor, Lecturer, Scholar, Ing., etc.
- Please ensure that the submission information (including title, authors, abstract etc.) is updated with your most recent version.
- Remove all headers and footers including page numbering except the conference title
- Compile and upload the CEUR-WS Author-agreement form
Material to upload
- A ZIP file containing the source files (Word or LaTeX) and the PDF of your paper.
- The completed and signed copyright form.
Authors should submit their papers as single-column. We strongly recommend the usage of the following templates for the camera-ready papers to minimize the extent of reformatting

CEUR-WS Author-agreement form
- No Third-Party Material and no use of generative AI

Authors shall use this form if they included no copyrighted third-party material in their paper text (or accompanying sources, datasets), and no material in the paper was produced with the help of Generative Artificial Intelligence tools including tools based on large language models (LLMs). - Third-Party Material or use of generative AI
CEUR-WS AUTHOR-AGREEMENT-TP form for edu4AI (link)
Authors shall use this form if they did include copyrighted third-party material in their paper or accompanying material or if they used Generative Artificial Intelligence tools to produce material in the paper. In case of third party material, they must then append a copy of the permission(s) by the third parties to use this material to the signed author agreement! In the case of material produced by Generative Artificial Intelligence tools, they must fill in and sign a declaration on which elements of the paper was produced by AI tools (AI STATEMENT). This signed declaration must then be scanned and appended to the signed author agreement.
